Bay Tech is hiring a Removable Insulation Stuffer / Industrial Sewing Machine Operator. This position is responsible for laying out, stuffing, and replacing removable insulation covers. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and maintain good personal hygiene. All visible tattoos must be covered while on duty.

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM -- 3:00 PM Weekends and Holidays Off Experience Not Required -- Will Train the Right Person

Stuff and pin insulation covers

Cut insulation materials

Assemble insulation-related supplies

Remove and dispose of old insulation safely

Load, unload, and stock insulation materials

Use scissors safely

Follow company and industry safety guidelines

Perform additional duties as assigned

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good hand-eye coordination

Must be 18 years or older to operate industrial sewing machines
