Job Description:

Operate telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments

Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations

File and maintain records

Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents

Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries

Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability

Transmit information or documents to customers using computer, phone, or mail

Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars

Receive payment and record receipts for services

Prepare business correspondence

Assist with contractor estimates

Answer construction related questions as needed

On-site training available

Qualifications:

Previous Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience preferred

Microsoft Office experience

Customer service experience

Ability to communicate effectively to all manner of personnel

Candidate must be personable, outgoing, and teachable

Job Schedule: Monday -- Friday; 8:00am -- 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 -- $25.00 per hour; Dependent upon experience and personality
