Barber Trucking is a family-owned leader in freight transportation with over 37 years of excellence. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Heavy Haul Division Manager to lead and grow our specialized heavy haul freight division at our Brookville, PA office.

What You'll Do:

Manage all aspects of heavy haul operations, including dispatch, scheduling, and driver oversight

Monitor real-time driver/truck status in TMS

Maintain accurate driver performance records and conduct coaching conversations

Oversee rate entries and billing coordination

Lead a team of experienced heavy haul drivers with motivation and accountability

Collaborate with internal teams: safety, HR, payroll, accounting

Ensure compliance with DOT and state permitting laws

Handle after-hours support and emergency communications

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of heavy haul dispatching or operations (preferred)

2+ years in a leadership or management role

Strong problem-solving and logistical planning skills

Familiarity with oversize permitting, P&L management, and fleet supervision

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
