Job Description :

Responsible for creating recipes for new and exciting Thai menus as well as creating weekly special menus in order to bring Thai uniqueness to the restaurant

Prepare and cook food using Thai culinary expertise

Create food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetic

Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers

Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met

Check the quantity and quality of received products

Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays

Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services

Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices

Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Check stock levels and order supplies

Requirement:** 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
