Installation Manager (Crew Leader)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and driven Installation Manager (Crew Leader) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys leading a crew, solving problems on-site, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The right candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions while overseeing installations and guiding their team to success.

Responsibilities:

Manage resources (materials, equipment, junior installers).

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Be a

t work oh time, daily.

Assist with hiring, training, and development of installation staff

Display professional conduct on jobsite with team members and customers

Requirements:

Project management skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Ability to handle issues with crew and resolve problems.

Be a team leader.

Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

Ability to drive truck and trailer (must have valid driver's license and be insurable).

Decision making and problem-solving skills.
