JOB REQUIREMENTS: Warehouse Coordinator - R3914 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: This position must have strong leadership & organizational skills, a flexible schedule, and will supervise all aspects of the department - Assist and train all warehouse staff in all aspects of the inventory control department SOP functions follow and adhere to all B&G SOPs, SQF, QC, QA, and HACCP programs, procedures & policies. Responsibilities: Direct and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments ensuring smooth workflow at the shipping and receiving docks. Prepare product for shipment by verifying location.

Direct movement to the staging area. Distribute picking lists to warehouse operators ensuring all picks are completed and staged before pick-up appointments. Maintain shipping and receiving logs. \ Monitor inventory by preparing and verifying weekly cycle counts. \ Report all inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Maintain daily forklift check-off logs ensuring these are done daily and the file is kept up to date. Prepare all documentation for posting and assist with posting if required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment ensuring all safety protocols are followed and the warehouse is routinely swept and cleaned.
