Axiom is a plastic injection molding supplier operating across Canada, US and Mexico. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager who can open doors to customers across the Appliances, Defense and Packaging industries for injection molded plastic parts. Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary contact for key client accounts, address concerns, ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and implement solutions to maintain positive relationships.

Drive revenue by identifying new customer opportunities across the appliances, Defense, packaging

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to close sales effectively.

Coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products or services that meet client expectations.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies

Forecast and track key account metrics. (Annual Forecast, Quarterly sales reports)

Attend Trade Shows or Industry Events as required

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2+ years of strong sales experience across appliances industry or defense industry or packaging industry

Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
