Come join us at Comfort Keepers. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide assistance in being responsible for the effective coordination and implementation of policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and general administration

Job Requirements: Coordination and implementation of company policies and procedures. Oversees the recruitment and hiring process which includes processing applications, conducting background checks, employee interviews, and oversees the orientation and onboarding process. Actively maintains current employee files in accordance with Medicaid and company policies and procedures. Manages employee benefits and performance reviews and evaluations. Compiles HR related data and prepares reports. Audits and maintains personnel records per federal, state, local, and company policy. Manages caregiver continuous education program. Experience preferred: Experience in recruitment, hiring, and administration of benefits programs, and other HR programs. Knowledge of the Ohio Department of Medicaid Requirements for Home Care Workers. General knowledge of employment laws and practices. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office. Effective oral and written communication. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Positive, professional, business image.

Must meet minimum qualification criteria of having at least a high school diploma (or GED), experience in maintaining files and healthcare experience is a plus!
