Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Avir at Gainesville is seeking a qualified and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to residents and patients in accordance with established nursing standards and practices

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs

Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations

Shift Available:

Weekend Supervisor (8 hours Saturday and Sunday)

Day shift (6a-6p)

Night shift (6p-6a)

Qualifications:

Valid Texas RN License

Valid CPR Certification

I.V. Certification Preferred

Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
