A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Working in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, RNs assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and record patients symptoms and medical histories.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to guide patient care.

Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and post-treatment care.

Provide emotional support and mental health care to patients and families.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate care plans.

Supervise and train nursing assistants and other support staff.

Ensure the safe and efficient use of medical equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Education:Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).

Licensure:Must hold a current and valid RN license.

Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications may be required depending on the role.
