Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager- Electrical will oversee key project documentation reviews, ensuring strategies enhance schedule performance, quality, and resource efficiency. Responsibilities include validating work order tasks, refining testing and acceptance plans, and contributing to risk management and radiological strategies. The role requires technical expertise in industry standards, implementation methods, and oversight of shop and field activities to support successful execution. Additionally, this leader will provide strategic guidance, manage vendor collaboration, and ensure effective project coordination. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $84.67 - $112.06 Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Conduct iterative reviews of key project documentation to refine strategies, improve schedule performance, enhance quality, and optimize resource efficiency

Identify and correct errors or misconceptions in project documentation to ensure successful implementation

Validate and remediate Work Order Tasks (WOTs) to maintain accuracy, eliminate error traps, and improve instructional clarity

Review, refine, and enhance testing and acceptance plans, including factory, shop, site, mock-up, and post-modification assessments

Identify and recommend impactful mock-up activities to improve project processes

Share personal and industry Operating Experience insights to develop response strategies

Serve as the ASME Person in Charge (PIC) for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope when required

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of codes, standards, technical skillsets, implementation strategies, and industry trends relevant to Enterprise Risk Projects

Provide strategic feedback to Project Managers, Oversight Managers, and Department Management on project execution

Monitor and guide shop or field activities, ensuring adherence to project strategies and providing coaching where necessary

Oversee project activities during shifts opposite to the Project Manager, potentially supervising teams exceeding 50 individuals

Collaborate with vendor and internal resources to identify and eliminate roadblocks

Participate in key strategy meetings, including Design Review Boards, Steering Committees, Risk Management Meetings, and other project discussions

Requirements:

Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of Electrical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.

OR Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or business AND 12 years of Electrical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.

OR Associate degree from an accredited college or university AND 14 years of Electrical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.

OR High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years of Electrical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.

Proven experience in construction management

Proven experience in multiple refueling outages at a commer
