Duties of a Facility Operations Manager

ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Facility Operations Manager with a minimum TOP SECRET clearance for a position located in Springfield, Virginia. Position required to direct and manage staff and contractors for all facility (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) OandM, grounds, and road maintenance work. This may include:

Developing, maintaining, and enforcing facility maintenance plans;

Supervising the work of skilled trades, general maintenance, and custodial workers;

Performing facility inspections to provide comprehensive facility condition assessments;

Overseeing completion of complex infrastructure or asset repair/installation projects with in-house staff or subcontractors;

Planning work activities, developing budgets, and expending funds within established limits to meet maintenance goals;

Overseeing the entry of maintenance data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);

Serving as the on-site point of contact for formal and informal discussions with the customers with the intent to sustain customer satisfaction;

Reviewing resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency;
