Job Summary:

At Your Service Solutions Group, Inc. DBA 360 Shield Solutions Group is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our clients receive timely, professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally

Schedule and confirm client appointments using phone, email, and online tools

Assist with document preparation, data entry, and digital file management

Maintain and update client records in CRM systems and spreadsheets

Follow up with clients to collect missing documents and ensure timely communication

Prepare invoices, engagement letters, and client intake forms

Organize office supplies and support general administrative functions

Assist with materials preparation for meetings, client presentations, and community outreach

Perform occasional research or special tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred

At least 1 year of prior office or administrative experience

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly), CRM tools, or digital document systems

Background in small business support, tax prep, credit repair, or nonprofit services

Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays required. If Saturday hours are worked, a weekday off will be provided that same week.
