Aspen Technologies is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Brighton. We are a Tier 1 polyurethane foam manufacturer serving the automotive industry and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in being part of a team.

No prior manufacturing experience? We welcome entry-level candidates and are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely and accurately

Help maintain quality standards

Keep your workstation clean and organized

Meet daily production and attendance expectations

Follow established safety procedures

Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly

Perform other related duties as needed

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates should be comfortable:

Standing and walking for extended periods

Frequently lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds

Working with machinery, tools, and production equipment

Working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm or cold based on weather and is not climate-controlled
