Position Summary

The full time HR Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering efficient HR services. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Assist with payroll processing.

Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

All other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1 year HR Generalist experience preferred

Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer..
