We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they are learning and ready to take on the challenge of applying their education practically in Naval Architecture, Civil/Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines.

Art Anderson is a dedicated team of Naval Architects, Marine Engineers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Designers with strong ties in the traditional M/E/P, marine, heavy marine, and civil engineering. As part of our team, you can expect to work on a wide variety of projects. If you are looking to diversify your engineering capabilities and be part of a dynamic and growing business, this may be the place for you!

You will gain experience in originating design work, performing calculations, and preparing drawings, reports, trade-off studies, and other technical documentation in accordance with accepted standards of care using both manual and computer methods. A baseline proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Rhino, and Microsoft Office are desired, and you can expect to improve your skills with these programs throughout the summer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, along with strong teamwork and work ethics as you will frequently be engaged with team members of other disciplines from inside and outside of the company.

Students entering their senior year are desired. However, students entering their junior year will be considered. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
