Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring several Industrial Cleaning Technicians positions and Team Leads for our Automotive Distribution Center client in San Antonio, Texas. These are full time, temp to perm positions for Cleaning Team Members.

Location: Austin, Texas

Start Date: Hiring Immediately

Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am-6:45pm

Wage: Beginning @ $18/hr during probationary period

Reporting to the site Group Leader, the Team Leader has responsibilities including but are not limited to: Safety performance of the full team, Customer service, creating mutually beneficial customer relationships. Administration of company policies. Be available for all shifts and weekends to meet customer needs. Maintain parts inventories as well as daily parts ordering and tracking. Communicate to the Group Leader open issues and recommended solutions. All other duties as assigned by the Group Leader

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing settingM

Must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs

Must have Steel Toe Shoes

Must be punctual with a strong work ethic.

Meet any other physical requirements of project

Must wear all personal protection equipment (PPE) for work area and/or specific task
