Position: Entry-Level Remediation Technician

Schedule: Full-time. Must be flexible some evenings/weekends based on project needs. Start Date: Training begins Mid-May | Official Launch: June

Your Mission

Tackle fire, water, mold, and asbestos damage in both homes and commercial buildings Support reconstruction tasks drywall, demolition, cleanup, and more Operate industry-grade tools like HEPA vacuums, dehumidifiers, and air movers Follow safety and remediation protocols like a pro (well train you!) Keep workspaces safe, clean, and client-ready Stay in sync with dispatch and team leads for project coordination Treat every space with the respect you'd give your own familys home

What We're Looking For

No experience needed we provide elite, ongoing training Drivers license (yes, you may get the keys to our clean vans!) Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle hands-on tasks with pride Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and team spirit Spanish/English bilingual is a plus! Veterans and service-hearted individuals we want you with us

Compensation Path

Starting Pay: $3,360/month to $3,520/month based on performance and cultural fit Post-Probation (6 months + certifications): $3,520 to $4,000/month Advanced Track (testing + leadership growth): Up to $4,480/month

These wages are tentative and will evolve to strongly reflect the quality, integrity, and dedication we bring to every client we serve.
