Job Description

About the Role We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas in a resort environment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas according to standards

Assist with quality control and room inspections when assigned

Maintain daily room lists and record serviced rooms

Report shortages, damages, or safety concerns

Handle reasonable guest requests and escalate issues when needed

Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications / Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check

Authorization to work in the United States

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20-30 lbs.

Basic English communication required (bilingual preferred)

Schedule and Work Environment

Schedule may vary based on hotel occupancy

Weekend and holiday availability required

On-site hotel environment

Environmental Conditions

Exposure to cleaning chemicals

Laundry chemicals

Dust, odors, and outdoor weather elements
