Job description: Medical Records Tech

Job Summary: We have two openings one for Full time and Part-time position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Records Tech. As a Medical Records Tech, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various @types of data into multiple systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Duties of the Medical Records Tech:

Enter medical data into databases and maintain accurate records

Verify data for completeness and accuracy

-Must be able to work fast and accurate in entering patient demographics

Must be familiar verifying insurance in Avality, and Novitasphere

Must have knowledge of different @types of insurances

Use Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets

Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Must have some experience in working in a medical office/clinic.

Familiarity with databases and data entry processes

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
