Position Overview\ We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping others. Youll be the first point of contact for our donors, partners, and those we serve. This role is key in ensuring the highest level of service to our supporters and beneficiaries, making them feel heard, valued, and empowered. What Youll Do:

Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact via phone,

email, and chat to handle inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues.

Assist donors with questions about contributions, handle donation

inquiries, and ensure a seamless donation process.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our

CRM system.

Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and ensure a high

standard of service delivery.

Support fundraising initiatives by nurturing relationships with

donors and conveying the impact of their support.

Take ownership of customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution

in a timely and professional manner.

Provide feedback and suggestions to help us improve our services and

outreach efforts.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: \$70,000 \$85,000/year, based on

experience.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a non-profit

or service-driven environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations

with grace.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a

plus.
