We are seeking a dedicated and enthusastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong background in sales and customer service. This role involves selling insurance products, assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to-

Providing outstanding customer service by addressings inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Engage in sales activities to promote products and services

Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Assist with sales transactions and ensure accurate processing

Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales administration tasks

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new priducts and services

Ensure compliance with regulations when handling sensitive information

Requirements-

Previous experience in sales and costomer service or related fields is preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential

Familiarity with insurance sales is advantageous

Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities

Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is beneficial
