A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing/Fabrication Instructors.

Position Type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

As a Manufacturing/Fabrication Instructors Specialist, you will:

Position Responsibilities: This position is for manufacturing/fabrication instructors with knowledge/experience in all or some of the following: Composite layup (pre/post cure), Composite Fabrication and/or Repair Fabrication of assemblies, System Installation, Production Certifications, Production Systems, and other general shop/fabrication practices.

Position Responsibilities: Leads complex group instruction sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Production System for internal or external customers. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and finds opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under minimal direction.

Required Skills: Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Quality Systems

Education/experience Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
