We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our Harness/Battery Cable Department. Position Summary

The Assembler is responsible for assembling components of wire assemblies according to established procedures and quality standards. Daily tasks may include placing plastic boots and covers on wires, applying labels, installing zip ties and clips, taping wire assemblies, and using heat guns to shrink plastic sleeves.

Responsibilities

Follow work instructions and established assembly processes

Perform assembly tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently

Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

Communicate with supervisors regarding assignments or concerns

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

Qualifications

Required

Ability to read Spanish preferred

Basic computer skills

Ability to understand and follow written instructions

Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Previous manufacturing experience

Work Environment

Climate-controlled warehouse environment

Warm during winter and hot during summer months

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

Ability to wear required PPE

Schedule & Pay

Full-time position

Hourly / Non-Exempt

Compensation based on experience
