Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members.

Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and data entry to keep records organized for our PHC and CLASS Program/services.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management when required.

Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications.

Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.

High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
