Our location in Plain City, Ohio is looking for an experienced

Accounting Specialist with a demonstrated understanding of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record accuracy, accounting knowledge, and willingness to work in diverse areas as the need arises.

Responsibilities

Process customer invoicing

Maintain tracking sheets for Warehouse freezers

Process vendor invoices

Prepare payment runs for all @types of payments

Maintain customer & vendor records

Prepare for Bi-monthly forecast meetings

Assist in other areas of the business as needed

Assist the Controller as needed

Other such duties as assigned by the Controller

Requirements

2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role

Experience with computerized accounting

Familiarity with ERP systems

Preference given to experience with MS Dynamics Business Central

Excellent written and verbal skills

Great organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized and productive manner

Preference given for 2 year degree in Accounting
