Scientist, Lab Sciences (Everett, WA) (multiple positions). Provide technical and scientific expertise in lab sciences for method development, validation/qualification and execution of analytical projects in support of preclinical/clinical studies. Maintain accurate laboratory records and data and results. Review analytical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and regulatory compliance. Design flow cytometry and other biological assays, oversee their execution, and interpret results. Design and execute appropriate analytical procedures; critically review data and write study reports. Evaluate new technologies to enhance or complement current research, and evaluate new supplies and equipment to ensure operability in specific laboratory setting. Interact with clients through execution of analytical projects and provide on-time communication. Salary: $98,000 to $128,000 per year. Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Biological Science, Biology, Immunology, or related field, and Two (2) years of experience in job offered or any position in which the required experience was gained. Also requires Two (2) years of experience in the following: 1) Performing laboratory-based assays in a regulatory environment (GLP). 2) Conducting multicolor flow cytometry assays using BD Cytometers with BD FACS Diva software. 3) Conducting advanced data analysis, interpretation, and graphical presentation skills using tools such as GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, and Excel. 4) Utilizing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and electronic lab notebooks (ELNs), and One (1) year of experience performing PBMC isolation and tissue processing.

What We Offer

The pay range estimated for this position is $98,000 to $128,000 per year. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
