[Completes all documentation related to providing and billing for services via Allwell guidelines. Clinical documentation complies with Allwell Quality Improvement guidelines and any federal and state mandated requirements.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

Requirements

[Graduate from an accredited nursing program.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Current, active, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN).]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Preferred 3-5 years of experience in nursing practice in full time positions in a mental health, substance use disorder, or physical health setting with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Must have current valid Ohio Driver's License and be acceptable to Allwell's insurance.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Must have solid problem solving/nursing skills. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Must be able to work as a team member. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Must be able to prioritize and manage a schedule with multiple demands involving clients, colleagues, and the general public.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
