Description

Provide front line support regarding various functions relating to client appointments & billing, clerical duties, phones, intake and other duties as assigned exhibiting excellent customer service skills in-person and on the phone.

Answer Phones

Collect Payments

Faxing/Scanning/Uploading

Assist in efficient operation of front office

Perform financial updates for clients

Answer billing questions

Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Post high school education/training and office experience helpful.

Must have knowledge of computers and office machines.

Possess excellent customer service skills

Exercise judgment in performing duties that require comprehension of procedures.

Responsible for safekeeping of company equipment and cash.

Identify problem areas and report to supervisor.
