SUMMARY

Handles data entry for TRACK timekeeping system as well as payables and receivables as needed. Also assists with purchasing to ensure a consistent process and any other clerical accounting functions as designated by management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Enter daily time, materials and equipment into the TRACK timekeeping system for a refinery client.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Work with Project Manager and Accounting Coordinator to process and invoice all things associated with TRACK system.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}As time allows, place orders as directed by authorized purchasers. Create purchase orders as directed and charge to the account designated by Accounting Coordinator.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Track all time data and purchases on a spreadsheet.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Contact customers for additional information or direction as directed.
