Job Summary: The Industrial Equipment Painter is responsible for preparing, priming, and painting industrial machinery and fabricated metal components. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of industrial coating techniques and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities: -Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed -Apply primers and industrial coatings using spray equipment (airless and conventional) -Mix and match paint colors to meet specifications -Inspect finished products for quality and uniformity -Maintain painting equipment and ensure work area is clean and organized -Follow all safety and environmental guidelines and regulations -Collaborate with the fabrication and assembly teams to meet production timelines

Qualifications: -2+ years of experience in industrial or automotive painting (preferred) -Knowledge of different paint @types and application methods -Ability to read and interpret job specifications and safety data sheets -Familiarity with proper surface preparation and coating techniques -Strong attention to detail and quality -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment -Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus

Willing to discuss hourly wage based on experience
