Airgas is Hiring for a Administrative Assistant in Stryker, OH !

We are looking for you !

$21-$23/hr

Provide full administrative and clerical support for the Management Team and Operations of the facility. Review and process customer orders as they are received to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and quality manner.

Strong foundational clerical skills -- basic data entry & computer skills

Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment

Good Communication Skills -- Verbal, Phone and Written

Dependable presence and commitment to the team

Ability to work safely in office and plant areas

Order and maintain stock of office supplies as needed

Create purchase requisitions and order products needed for plant to maintain operation

Maintain customer and vendor files with care

Schedule and organize meetings to build alignment

Receiving paperwork

Basic SAP Operations

Knowledge & understanding of Hazmat rules and regulations for placards, labels, etc..

Contributing to team success through varied tasks as needed

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years customer service or administrative experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel .. etc)

Ability to use Google Kite for email and file sharing.

Ability to clearly write and fill out reports and paperwork in English

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, safety data sheets and procedure manuals.
