PROPOSAL MANAGER

Aguirre and Fields is searching for an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Austin, TX team.

The ideal candidate will oversee all proposal activities. They will bring together all the necessary aspects of a successful proposal, such as:

Assigning the best-suited proposal coordinator

Ensuring up-to-date resumes and project descriptions are on file,

Working with Proposal Coordinators to deliver innovative and competitive qualifications and presentations.

You are passionate about:

What you bring to the team:

A degree in technical writing, communication, marketing, or another related degree.

Experience managing multiple submittals and a team of proposal coordinators within the transportation industry.
