Primary Accountabilities:

Maintain SAFETY.

Enforce food SAFETY and quality processes.

Hold team members accountable for process.

Support team growth by training, coaching, and developing teams to meet production goals while minimizing material loss.

Monitor equipment, solve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to maintain rigor to process.

A proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Experience in food manufacturing or facility operations.

SAP experience preferred.
