Aerometals is looking to add the following position:

Supply Chain Associate

Pay range: $22 - $29 Hourly DOE

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

Be a point of contact for supplier related nonconformances.

Collaborate with suppliers when corrected paperwork is needed.

Assist with Time Sensitive Materials (TSM) by completing tasks such as:

Buying TSM items and tracking expiration dates.

Occasionally helping Planning look at TSM for upcoming jobs.

Complete purchase orders for items such as, but not limited to: jobs, calibration, shop stock, office supplies, outside processing, non-job items, etc.

Update PO internal notes with real time information such as: contact initiated with supplier, current status, due dates, tracking, reason codes, etc.

Help maintain the approved supplier database by assisting with surveys, questionnaires, and/or certificates.

Assist with supplier contracts, pricing, and areas for improvement for freight, suppliers, and service providers.

Collaborate with the finance department to set up new suppliers.

Clean up/close old purchase orders (PO's).

Perform other duties as required by the organization.

: High school diploma

Experience

: 2 years of transferable experience

Training

: On the job training.
