ADAPT Physical Therapy is an outpatient multi-specialty group practice offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Massage Therapy located in beautiful Northern Michigan. We have 4 locations serving Ogemaw, Roscommon, and Iosco Counties.

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, persistent, and results driven individual with excellent communication skills. This is an outside sales positions and responsibilities includes meeting with physicians, hospitals and nursing home discharge planners, nurses, social workers, generate referrals and promote the company in the community.

You will be responsible for maintaining the desired image of the company in the public eye. Be knowledgeable about the internal workings of the company and also be aware of its strategic objectives. Have good people skills and strong interpersonal communication skills are paramount to be successful in this @type of role. Also a strong network of media contacts and have exceptional persuasive writing skills..

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Creating and managing referral source

Meeting prospective clients

Generating Leads

Representing the agency at community events

Comfortable with public speaking

Maintain company's website and social media platform.

Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, or monthly newsletters to keep the public informed.

Creating marketing strategies that align with company's goals and initiatives.

Creating communication plans to reach out to current and prospective patients.

Developing strategic partnerships with clinics and other healthcare organizations.

Analyzing marketing data and reporting it to leadership.

Building and managing relationships with the community.

Educations:

Bachelors Degree

Salary:

$40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year

8 hour shift

Monday through Friday mainly (Weekends very rare)
