Position Overview Seeking a licensed Home Inspector. This position is ideal for someone who is able to work independently, would like some flexibility of scheduling and looking for Full or Part-time work.

Responsibilities ? Conduct residential home inspections following Ohio and company standards ? Inspect roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interiors, exteriors, attics, and crawlspaces ? Identify defects, safety concerns, and maintenance issues ? Deliver clear same-day digital reports with photos and commentary ? Educate clients and agents during inspections in a calm, professional manner ? Maintain company standards, workflows, and SOPs ? Manage daily inspection schedules efficiently

Preferred Add-On Services (Training available) ? Radon Testing ? WDI/Termite Inspections ? Mold & Air Quality Sampling ? Water Quality Testing ? Thermal Imaging ? Well Inspections ? Lead/Asbestos Testing

Qualifications Required ? Ohio Home Inspector License (or willingness to obtain) ? Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation ? Strong communication and customer service skills ? Ability to work independently ? Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and access roofs, attics, and crawlspaces

Preferred ? Construction, trades, or real estate experience ? Familiarity with inspection software ? Sales mindset and professionalism
