Thats why we are seeking a dedicatedCustomer Servicemember to join our front of the house team. This person will help us to continue delivering exceptional customer service as they are the glue between customers and the tailoring teammaking sure everyone stays informed, happy, and organized.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service member with Ace you will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them in a friendly and timely fashion. This is a key role in both the customer experience and the store's daily operations. In addition CSRs will learn how to take measurements and advise on alteration services, which are then communicated clearly to the tailor. We specialize in expert tailoring, alterations, and personalized service. Were looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused team member to be the face of our front desk. Essential Job Functions:

Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the shop

Assist customers with drop-offs, pick-ups, and general service inquiries

Schedule fittings and alteration appointments

Record order details accurately, including measurements, requested changes, and deadlines

Maintain clear communication between customers and tailors to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic invoicing

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and helpful manner

Keep the front area clean, organized, and inviting

Contact customers when orders are ready or if delays arise

Provide occasional assistance with light garment prep (e.g., steaming, tagging)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a front desk role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic office software

Ability to set priorities and multitask

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Professional and pleasant demeanor

Conflict resolutions skills

Interest in fashion, tailoring, or clothing is a plus!
