Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Purpose: Supports accounting department in daily tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Accounting Analyst with Daily Volume for DC Obtain daily fill rate and cycle count information Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices Facilitate the standardization of all DCs operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives. Consults with: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager and All levels of DC Management Assist with updating vendor files. Contact vendors to obtain proper documentation. Assist with Lumping Process

Qualifications: Good organizational skills Knowledge of DC operations Excellent customer service skills Strong sense of teamwork Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and write) as this position will require communication to vendors and WCD team.

Education and/or Experience: Some college preferred

Computer Skills: Excel (spreadsheets)

Reasoning Ability: Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
