What you'll do: The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be data-driven and have proven success managing the technical components of omni-channel direct marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle, theideal candidate will support creation of new campaigns and own supporting the Member Engagement Marketing team on execution of their strategy and programs. The key to success in this role is the ability to manage multiple campaigns across several channels. Position is remote. Responsibilities include:

Build and execute campaigns in Braze, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, desktop and mobile rendering. Experience creating multi-step touch points across Email, SMS, and Push.

Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign launches and troubleshoot any technical issues related to HTML email templates, list segmentation, and other campaign execution aspects.

Keep various stakeholders up to date on campaign status/updates, raising flags when and where needed.

Monitor email deliverability and list integrity, including initiatives like re-opt-in campaigns for unengaged audiences.
