Guest Services

Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude

Assist with check-ins and check-outs

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally

Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Reservations and Billing

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately

Verify rates, ID, payment methods, and deposits

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing

Prepare and review guest folios

Communication and Coordination

Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest needs

Document important events and issues in the shift log

Follow all safety and security procedures

Professional Expectations

Arrive on time and prepared for work

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Follow dress code and grooming standards

Represent the hotels values and commitment to hospitality
