We are seeking a dependable Construction Technician to assist with residential construction, restoration, and repair projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow within a company.

Responsibilities

Perform construction and repair tasks including (but not limited to):

Drywall installation and repair

Painting and finish work

Trim, baseboard, and minor carpentry

Demolition and job site cleanup

Assist with water damage and restoration-related construction tasks

Load, unload, and transport materials and tools

Follow project instructions and work orders from supervisors

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to management

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

Construction or trade experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional attitude when interacting with customers

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in restoration, remodeling, or mitigation work

Drywall or painting experience

Basic knowledge of construction terminology
