About Us: A.S. Contrera, LLC / Mr. Furnace is a trusted leader in the HVAC industry, providing quality service and dependable solutions to our customers. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated A/R--A/P Specialist with HVAC or construction industry experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Prepare and post customer invoices, payments, and credits

Track and follow up on outstanding invoices

Assist with payroll processing and job cost tracking (if applicable)

Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Support the accounting and operations team with general administrative tasks

Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal staff

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P

Experience in the HVAC, construction, or service industry required (or strongly preferred)

Proficiency with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Field Edge or similar accounting/service software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
