Job Description :

Core Cooking and Preparation Duties (85%)

Preparing and cooking Thai authentic foods using Thai culinary expertise.

Collaborating with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers

Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays

Quality Control and Invevtory Management (10%)

Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.

Checking the quantity and quality of received products

Checking stock levels and ordering supplies

Staff Coordination and Scheduling (5%)

Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services

Sanitary Practices and Safety Compliance (Always)

Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices

Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Salary

: $37,294/year

Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
