As an Arcade Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging environment for guests of all ages. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with arcade games, managing events, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. You will be the face of our arcade, providing exceptional customer service and support while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the gaming area.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with game selection and operation.

Manage arcade events, including organizing tournaments and special promotions.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Monitor the gaming area to ensure safety protocols are adhered to, including conflict management among guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade space, including game machines and seating areas.

Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Assist in food service operations as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere, leveraging experience with children when necessary.

Utilize public speaking skills during events or announcements to enhance guest engagement.

Taking food and beverage orders for guests at bowling and axe throwing lanes.

Bussing tables when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Strong conflict management skills to handle guest interactions effectively.

Experience in events management is a plus, particularly in coordinating activities or tournaments.

Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions accurately.

Lifeguard experience is beneficial for maintaining safety standards within the arcade environment.

Familiarity with food service operations is advantageous for assisting in related tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
